Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto.
