Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 21 at 2:19AM EDT until September 22 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Melbourne FL* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding.* WHERE...Coastal Indian River, Saint Lucie, Martin, and SouthernBrevard Counties.* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Sunday.* IMPACTS...Some flooding of low-lying lots, parks and roadwaysmay occur near the shoreline. Only isolated road closures areexpected. Water may reach the dune line or sea wall alongvulnerable beaches.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides this weekend will occur in thelate morning and late evening hours. There is also a moderaterisk of life-threatening rip currents.Onshore winds and above normal tides will combine to generateflooding of low areas along the shore. Do not drive aroundbarricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessaryactions to protect flood-prone property.
