Flood Advisory issued September 22 at 2:41AM EDT until September 22 at 4:30AM EDT by NWS Miami FL* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the followingcounty, Palm Beach.* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas isoccurring or is imminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 240 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expectedover the area.
