Flood Advisory issued July 4 at 4:17AM EDT until July 4 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS Northern Indiana * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northern Indiana, including the following counties, in north central Indiana, Kosciusko. In northern Indiana, De Kalb, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Lagrange, Marshall, Noble, Steuben and Whitley. * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 416 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavier rainfall rates have shifted south of the advisory area. However, runoff from earlier heavy rainfall will lead to some continued minor flooding. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
