In south central Kansas, Barber, Comanche, Edwards, Kiowa, Pawnee, Pratt and Stafford. In southwest Kansas, Clark, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Meade, Morton, Seward, Stanton and Stevens. In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness, Scott and Trego. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness and Scott. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1246 PM CDT, Emergency management in Lane county reported all roads and bridges south of highway 96 and north of highway 96 in Dighton have inundated impassible roads. 1 farm stead has cut off road access and a washed out railroad bridge west of Dighton. - Radar rainfall estimates of 2 to 3+ inches of rain from the storms this morning from Scott City to Dighton to northeast Finney county. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
