The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * IMPACTS...The combination of gusty winds, low humidity and critically dry fuels will allow any fires that develop to spread rapidly. * AFFECTED AREA...In California, Fire Weather Zone 285, including Modoc National Forest.
