El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 745 PM MDT. * At 653 PM MDT, a large area of dust continues moving north, on the outflow winds of storms to the south, over Chihuahua, Mexico. HAZARD...some areas could see less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar, traffic cameras, and weather observations. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. Locations impacted include... West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley, Tornillo, Chaparral, Fabens, Clint, Horizon City, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Hueco Tanks, Vado, Sunland Park, Indian Cliffs Ranch, Canutillo, Afton, and San Elizario. Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible.
