In south central Wisconsin, Columbia, Dane, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette, Rock and Sauk. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flood Advisory issued June 11 at 5:37PM CDT until June 11 at 8:45PM CDT by NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan WI * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Wisconsin, including the following county, Walworth. * WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 537 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Whitewater, Elkhorn, Delavan, Lake Geneva, East Troy, Williams Bay, Walworth, Fontana-On-Geneva Lake, Sharon, Darien, Como, Pell Lake, Richmond, Springfield, La Grange, Abells Corners, Tibbets, Delavan Lake, Millard and Troy Center. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
