LOUIS IN WISCONSIN THIS WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN ASHLAND BAYFIELD DOUGLAS THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ASHLAND, BAYFIELD, CASTLE DANGER, CLOQUET, DULUTH, GRAND MARAIS, HINCKLEY, PINE CITY, SILVER BAY, SUPERIOR, TWO HARBORS, AND WASHBURN.
